Warranty ReQUESTS

Black Oak Builders offers a one-year Limited Builder’s Warranty on new construction homes. Homeowners are asked to complete this form 30 days after move-in and 30 days prior to the expiration of the one-year warranty.

The attached form is for non emergent requests only. These are items that do not pose immediate safety risks or property damage (minor adjustments, cosmetic items, etc). For emergent issues, please contact your trade partner using the information in your homeowner’s binder or call 479-480-6068.
